Terms and conditions

• Entrants much be US residents.
• The closing date for this competition is midnight on 30th November 2010.
• The winning entry(ies) entitle the entrant(s) to the prize as stated and no other. There is no cash alternative.
• Only one entry can be received per person.
• The winners will be contacted within 5 days from the closing date.
• We reserve the right to publish names and home towns of winners/entrants on the Classic Telly Web Site.
• No purchase necessary.
• The decision of Classic Telly in selecting and verifying the winners is final, legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• There are no alternatives to the prizes. The prizes are not transferable and may not be returned for cash.
• Classic Telly reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Classic Telly may at its sole discretion disqualify or refuse to accept any entry for any reason.
• Classic Telly reserves the right to cancel any competition/prize draw and to make any amendment or addition to these terms.
• The winners may be required to participate in future publicity and agrees to having photographs taken of their property during and after the performance of the prize.
